Warmest Memories will organize your memories into a one of a kind scrapbook that you and your loved ones will cherish forever. You supply the photos and memorabilia and I will custom design each page to create a truly unique keepsake. Some of the books that I have created Baby's Firsts, Weddings, Memories of loved ones (Who have passed), School Memories and Vacations. Warmest Memories also offers scrapbook and craft classes for children and adults.

The creative services of Joann Pericles

My name is Jo Pericles. My parents are British and I was raised in Wales. I am now the owner and creator of Warmest Memories. My business grew out of a love for creating scrapbooks and handmade cards for my family and friends over the years.

While my husband was deployed with the Army to Iraq a few years ago I continued my career as a preschool teacher and volunteered by providing phone support and outreach to other military families. But during his absence, I searched for a peace that I only found in my workshop creating keepsakes and gifts while listening to

Christian music. My family and I were so blessed that my husband returned safely from his duty in Iraq, but I knew in my heart that it would take time for us all to adjust after being apart for so long. I prayed about the situation and decided to give up teaching and stay home to focus on putting my family back together. After leaving teaching behind to make everything right at home and continuing my volunteer work I began to feel lost again. I prayed for the Lord to lead me and I remembered the peace that I feel when I create scrapbooks and cards in my workshop. Family and friends loved what I created and suggested that I start a home-based business. Warmest Memories combines my gift of creativity as well as my love of teaching and giving to others. My dear friend thought of the name Warmest Memories because she and other friends have joined me in my workshop for afternoons of handmade cards followed by fellowship over a warm pot of tea.

I would like to thank my family, friends and clients who have supported me in this journey of turning my passion into a business of working from my heart.

Jo Pericles lives in Bel Air, Maryland with her husband and children and her rescued Westie named Misty.
